Our client is an organizational leader dedicated to delivering scalable technology infrastructure and modern enterprise solutions. This role provides an opportunity to manage multi-year technology portfolios, vendor negotiations, and directly influence executive-level technology investment strategies.

- Drafting and scoring Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for enterprise technology platforms, ensuring Statements of Work (SOW) are technically accurate and contractually enforceable.
- Negotiating technology agreements with global vendors, focusing on commercial levers such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), renewal price caps, data privacy constraints, and liability protections.
- Analyzing software entitlements, user consumption metrics, and asset lifecycles across complex SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments to eliminate waste, optimize seat deployment, and mitigate software audit exposures.
- Partnering with cross-functional IT leaders, legal counsel, and finance stakeholders to build Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) models to justify infrastructure investments.
Here’s What Our Ideal Candidate Has
- A minimum of three (3) years of dedicated experience executing software, SaaS, and IT infrastructure procurement within an enterprise setting.
- Functional fluency with modern computing licensing metrics (including consumption based, per-core, and per-user structures) along with preferred familiarity utilizing frameworks such as the ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement standard.
- A proven track record of handling technology suppliers and successfully navigating licensing structures to drive organizational terms.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to combine utilization data into concise business cases for executive leadership.
