Location: Phoenix - Hybrid (must be a current resident)
Pay Rate: $50 - $55 per hour W2

They are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to act as a technical anchor, modernizing platforms and driving operational advancements across the organization. You will have a unique opportunity to tackle 0-to-1 solutions and complex systems transformations that directly improve service delivery.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Engineering and maintaining high quality software applications across the Salesforce ecosystem, utilizing best practice architecture, clean coding standards, and structured development lifecycles.
- Analyzing and reverse engineering legacy codebases to diagnose bugs, optimize performance, and implement scalable system enhancements.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and cross-functional product teams to translate technical requirements into custom configurations, automated workflows, and API integrations.
- Developing advanced data pathways and integration flows connecting core Salesforce modules with enterprise relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Authoring technical specifications, application blueprints, and system documentation to align all solutions with regulatory compliance standards.
Here’s What Our Ideal Candidate Has
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience operating as a Lead Developer or primary technical owner on one or more major Salesforce enterprise implementations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or an equivalent 7 years of dedicated, multi-platform software development experience).
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL development, relational database management (SQL Server/Oracle), and middleware or API integration frameworks (such as MuleSoft).
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile framework utilizing source control best practices and the ability to balance multiple competing project priorities.
