Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of construction projects from planning through completion.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning across multiple projects.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance of projects; provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of operational staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of operations management experience within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, budgeting, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
