A service focused approach is key to guiding our clients through the leasing and transacting of retail properties and space. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, client advisory, deal negotiation, tenant lead generation through cold contacting and overseeing transaction processes, all with a focus on retail commercial spaces.

- Real Estate License
- Demonstrated experience and success in a business field with priority given to a real estate background
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable about the retail real estate market and its trends
- Proficiency in industry-standard real estate software and tools
- Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to perform during peak times and high-pressure situations
