Commercial Real Estate Broker Associate- Retail Focus
In this role, you’ll support leasing, tenant representation, market research, canvassing, deal negotiation, and client advising. If you’re competitive, coachable, and energized by relationships, market knowledge, and the chase of deals — this is your platform to build a career.
What You’ll Do
- Support leasing tenant representation for retail clients
- Build relationships with retailers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct market research track new retail activity
- Tour properties support transaction execution
- Negotiate LOIs, leases, and sale terms
- Generate new business through outreach prospecting
