Access Care is a Management Service Organization (MSO) partnered with Cigna Health Insurance, delivering convenient, high-quality healthcare through mobile dental pods and pop-up clinics. We work with local dental professionals nationwide to provide temporary employment within our fully equipped mobile units.
Our traveling teams bring dental, musculoskeletal, audiology, biometrics and labs, and vision services directly to employer sites—helping employees access care without taking time off work. Access Care also operates internationally, with programs in Ireland, Dubai, and the Philippines.
Role Description
Access Care Health is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced optician ready to step into a hands-on leadership role of Onsite Leader.
This position is ideal for someone who knows the optical world inside and out and enjoys being the steady, trusted presence onsite. You’ll lead by example, support clinical flow, and ensure patients receive high-quality care in a well-run environment.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the onsite leader for all services, including vision services
- Support and guide staff and technicians
- Ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow
- Act as the point of contact between the onsite team and leadership
- Uphold Access Care Health standards for quality, professionalism, and patient experience

- Optician experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable making decisions and keeping things moving
