Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Administer medications and monitor health status as directed by healthcare providers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to medical professionals promptly
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for ongoing care plans, especially for clients with complex medical needs such as those from Level I Trauma Centers or PICU settings
- Support clients in outpatient or clinic-based treatments and post-acute care routines
Experience
- Prior caregiving experience in home settings is preferred but not mandatory; relevant healthcare experience can be an asset
