Content Creation & Creative Support

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Creative Support
- Support the development of a content roadmap aligned to business priorities, target audiences and funnel stages.
- Create and adapt marketing content across formats, including ads, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, customer stories, print collateral, emails, downloads, webinars and video assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn ideas, expertise and customer insights into compelling, on-brand content.
- Ensure consistency in voice, messaging and visual presentation across channels.
- Design and produce marketing materials that support campaigns, sales enablement, events and brand awareness.
- Contribute to the visual expression of the brand across digital and print touchpoints.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors as needed to ensure polished, effective creative output.
- Support paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to help drive B2B lead generation.
- Assist with audience targeting, creative testing and funnel optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and help refine tactics to improve engagement, conversion rates and cost efficiency.
- Assist with website updates and ongoing improvements with a focus on UX, conversion optimization and SEO/AEO best practices.
- Help ensure content is optimized for discoverability and performance across search and digital channels.
- Work in the CRM (Zoho) to support lead tracking, lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and segmented email workflows.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality and pipeline contribution.
- Use performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement across campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with leadership to support brand positioning and messaging in a competitive B2B environment.
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing, strategic partnerships and cross-promotional initiatives.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and/or tech/IT.
- Strong experience in content creation, campaign support and collaborative marketing execution.
- Working knowledge of paid media, marketing automation, CRM systems and SEO tools.
- Strong visual and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity, organization and responsiveness in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with web design (WordPress), graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and/or video editing.
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation, funnel strategy and performance reporting.
- Strong writing, editing and presentation skills

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
