We are partnering with a growing industrial manufacturing company seeking a hands-on, bilingual Production / Plant Manager to lead operations within a specialized manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems on the floor, and wants to help build and improve processes within a rapidly growing organization.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk leadership role. We are looking for a true working manager — someone who leads from the front, is mechanically minded, and is energized by improving operations, supporting employees, and getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily operations across multiple production departments within the facility
• Supervise and support department leads and production employees
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot operational and production issues in real time
• Work closely with leadership to improve processes, workflows, and plant performance
• Help manage changing priorities and fast-turn customer demands
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Step in on the production floor as needed to support operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous experience in a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar manufacturing leadership role
• Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and improve operational processes
• Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Experience in steel, tubing, pipe, fabrication, industrial, or related manufacturing environments is a plus
