Responsibilities- Execute the accurate loading of bulk materials into transport vessels, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and operate automated loading systems, troubleshooting technical issues to maintain continuous workflow.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely dispatch and inventory accuracy.
- Perform routine inspections of loading equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free loading bay, strictly following all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Document loading activities and system performance metrics to support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production setting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and operate complex automated machinery.
- Physical capability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform tasks at heights exceeding 20 feet.
