Responsibilities- Execute assigned maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, utilizing your knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical principles.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing operations.
- Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Preferred Skills
- Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, or Automated Manufacturing.
- Experience with compacting, forging, deflash, double disk grind, shot peen, whitelight inspection, video ink jet, magnetic particle inspection, and dip tank operations.
- Familiarity with ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001 standards.
