Responsibilities- Design and execute high-impact training curricula focused on increasing manufacturing efficiency and production output.
- Lead interactive workshops and technical training sessions to ensure all staff are proficient in operational procedures.
- Analyze training metrics to evaluate program success and iterate on instructional materials for continuous improvement.
- Partner with production leadership to pinpoint skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions that address operational needs.
- Manage comprehensive training documentation and compliance records to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison to foster inclusive communication and team cohesion across the facility.
