I’m working with a pioneering AI venture backed by one of the most successful biotech incubators in the world, building the digital and AI platform powering next-generation scientific research and drug discovery.
The team is intentionally small, senior, and highly technical. Engineers own products end-to-end — from understanding what scientists need through architecture, implementation, deployment, and long-term reliability.
You'll work on:
🤖 Agentic AI systems supporting scientific workflows
📈 Data platforms powering research and discovery
🔗 AI/ML infrastructure and model integration pipelines
🏗️ System architecture for high-impact scientific products
🛠️ Production-grade software used by world-class researchers
⚡ AI-native engineering workflows leveraging cutting-edge tools
Requirements
✅ Principal, Staff, or Lead-level software engineering experience
✅ Building production AI/ML systems and platforms
✅ Designing complex distributed systems at scale
✅ Working closely with researchers, scientists, or ML teams
✅ Strong full-stack architecture and technical ownership
✅ Engineers who thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without heavy process
