Requirements:
✅ Proven experience leading senior engineering teams while remaining deeply hands-on technically
✅ A recognised champion of AI Engineering, with a track record of driving AI-native development practices across your organisation
✅ Extensive experience building and shipping production AI/LLM-powered products, agentic systems, or AI infrastructure
✅ Passionate about leveraging the latest AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to transform engineering productivity
✅ Strong systems design expertise, with experience architecting complex distributed platforms at scale
✅ Experience partnering closely with scientists, researchers, or highly technical domain experts to build user-centric products
