I'm working with an AI hardware company building next-generation AI accelerators that are pushing the boundaries of compute performance. Their engineering teams are developing cutting-edge silicon and software systems, and they're looking for an Associate IT Support Engineer to help power the technology and people behind the mission.
The team is growing rapidly, and this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of IT operations across both onsite and remote employees. You'll work closely with world-class engineers, supporting the infrastructure that enables breakthrough innovation from first silicon through large-scale deployment.
You'll work on:
🖥️ Endpoint provisioning and device lifecycle management across macOS, Windows, and Linux
🔐 Identity, access management, SSO, and MFA administration
🤖 AI-assisted IT workflows and self-service automation
🎫 Helpdesk operations and technical troubleshooting for onsite and remote teams
⚙️ Onboarding automation and employee productivity tooling
🌐 Networking, systems administration, and infrastructure support
🚀 Supporting engineering teams building advanced AI and semiconductor technologies
Requirements:
✅ 1 years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration experience (internships welcome)
✅ Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Linux environments
✅ Experience with identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
✅ Understanding of SSO, MFA, account management, and endpoint security
✅ Comfortable with shell scripting, command-line tools, and basic networking concepts
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience with Intune, Jamf, or endpoint management platforms
• Familiarity with Ansible, scripting, or workflow automation
• Exposure to helpdesk ticketing systems
• Experience supporting software, hardware, or engineering teams
💰 Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 Base Equity Comprehensive Benefits
