Concierge, Resident Relation Coordinator responsibilities Include:

• Serve as a warm and welcoming point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
• Build strong relationships with residents to support satisfaction, comfort, and engagement
• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments, outings, and special needs
• Communicate transportation details clearly with residents, families, nursing staff, and drivers
• Assist residents and families with questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and compassionate manner
• Support resident relations initiatives, including follow-ups and service recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall resident experience
• Maintain accurate documentation related to transportation schedules and resident requests
• Help ensure a welcoming, organized, and resident-focused environment
  
  
  

Qualifications for the Resident Relation Coordinator:
