RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on the unit
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
• Support and guide nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns as they arise
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with all policies and state/federal regulations
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care or sub-acute setting preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
