Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Serve as the first point of contact and provide general information about the facility
- Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with visitor check-in procedures and ensure adherence to facility guidelines
- Support residents and families with non-clinical requests and concerns
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
