RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and manage nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor the quality of nursing care provided and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, offering coaching and mentorship as needed.
- Manage staffing needs, including scheduling and overseeing nursing personnel during weekend shifts.
- Address and resolve any resident or family concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient care activities and incidents.
- RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
- Current/active CPR certification is preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
