Concierge Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist residents and families with requests, including directions, scheduling appointments, and providing information about facility services and events.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service for residents.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for resident activities and family gatherings.
- Respond promptly to resident concerns or requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Full-time 10a-6p and every other weekend
