The Concierge serves as the first point of contact, ensuring every person who enters the building feels valued, respected, and supported. This role combines customer service, organization, and compassion.
✨ What You’ll Do
Greet residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
Assist with directions, questions, and general needs
Answer and direct phone calls
Help coordinate appointments, transportation, and visits
Support resident experience by assisting with requests and concerns
Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment
Communicate with nursing, social services, and administration as needed
Promote a positive and caring atmosphere throughout the facility
