Job Description

accel bi corporation is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a full-time W2 opportunity working directly with accel bi corporation.

The position is primarily remote; however, candidates must currently reside in North Carolina, preferably within commuting distance of Raleigh. Occasional onsite meetings in the Raleigh area will be required. The selected candidate must also pick up equipment in Raleigh on the first day and return it on the final day at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Support ServiceNow HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM solutions.
• Create forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other platform customizations.
• Translate complex end-user and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure incident, change, problem, asset, help desk, and service management processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, LDAP, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot scripts, workflows, integrations, platform configurations, and performance issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and end users.
• Apply ServiceNow development standards, testing procedures, and change-management practices.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, maintenance, and production operations.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant IT development or technical experience.
• At least three years of proven ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, help desk, asset management, and IT operations.
• Experience with one or more of the following: HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, or SPM.
• Working knowledge of ITIL methodologies and IT operations.
• Experience with web technologies, including XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, networks, protocols, and email technologies.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Familiarity with LDAP directories such as Active Directory, eDirectory, or OpenLDAP.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional code and platform solutions.
• Excellent communication, time-management, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong commitment to service quality and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must currently reside in North Carolina.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must be able to work full-time on a W2 basis with accel bi corporation.
• Must have proven ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Must have experience with ITIL business processes and IT operations.
• Must have prior ServiceNow experience supporting help desk, IT service management, asset management, and network or systems management.
• Must attend an in-person interview in Raleigh, North Carolina.
• Must be available for occasional onsite meetings in the Raleigh area.
• Must pick up and return assigned equipment in Raleigh at the candidate’s own expense.

Benefits

The gross annual salary range is $95,000–$100,000, inclusive of applicable benefits offered by accel bi corporation.
