Key Responsibilities
- Support IFMS production, staging, development, and disaster recovery environments.
- Coordinate with CDC Application Hosting Branch (AHB) to maintain system availability and performance.
- Support user account management, system configuration, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain operational procedures and update the IFMS Application Run Book.
- Assist with software deployments, upgrades, backups, recovery procedures, and environment maintenance.
- Support infrastructure-related activities affecting IBM TRIRIGA and IFMS operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in hosted environments.
- Windows Server and database administration experience.
- Application monitoring and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and environment management practices.
