🩺 Key ICU Job Duties:
- Manage ventilated patients, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, and respiratory therapy interventions
- Perform arterial line management, central line care, PICC care, and IV therapy
- Titrate cardiac & vasoactive drips; administer continuous sedation
- Interpret & manage dysrhythmias and respond to emergencies
- Manage patients with multi-system organ failure, stroke, TBI, renal failure, and post-surgical conditions
- Perform ABG interpretation, phlebotomy, wound care, and infection prevention practices
