We're actively seeking an experienced Inpatient/Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in beautiful Hood River, Oregon!

⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days | 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
✅ Block Schedule
✅ No Call
✅ No Weekends
✅ Epic Charting
Requirements:
✔ Oregon Pharmacist License
✔ Minimum 1 year of Outpatient Infusion experience
✔ Experience with oncology and hazardous medication verification
✔ IV infusion compounding and treatment plan review
✔ Patient education and infusion reaction management
✔ EPIC experience preferred
✔ Pyxis experience preferred
