As an Assistant Brand Manager on the Growth Marketing team, you’ll be the operational engine behind some of our most visible marketing programs. You’ll keep campaigns on track, ensure flawless execution across paid media and in-store channels, and own the details that make a real difference.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, is deeply curious about how marketing works, and is ready to build foundational skills across brand, retail, and digital marketing from day one.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project coordination, or a related field (internships count).
• Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads — you don’t need to be an expert, but you understand how campaigns are structured.
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brand marketing.
• Exposure to in-store or shopper marketing, signage production, or retail operations.
• Comfort working with creative teams and external agency partners.
