Accanto is getting ready for a big year, and we’re looking for a GM who loves hospitality, leads with confidence, and knows how to build a strong, happy team.
We’re an Italian from-scratch neighborhood restaurant with a wood burning oven and snout-to-tail pov. We want someone who’s comfortable being the steady hand in the building — someone who communicates clearly, jumps in where needed, and keeps both the guest experience and the team’s well-being front and center.
What the role looks like:
-Running the FOH day to day and setting the tone for service
-Hiring, training, and developing a solid team
-Keeping standards high without making things complicated
-Working closely with ownership the chef on systems, menus, and goals
-Managing scheduling, ordering, and general operations
-Hands on management style
You might be the right fit if:
-You’ve led in a full-service restaurant before (Italian experience is a bonus)
-You’re organized but not rigid
-You handle pressure well and communicate like an adult
-You enjoy coaching people and building a culture, not just managing it
