What you'll be doing:
You’ll Take Full Ownership Of Your Desk, Managing High-value Charter Relationships And Delivering a Premium, End-to-end Service To a Sophisticated Client Base
- Building, managing and scaling a portfolio of high-value charter clients
- Hunting and converting new business through referrals, your network and targeted outbound activity
- Leading and closing high-value, and at times complex, charter deals
- Delivering a consistent premium, end-to-end charter service from first contact through to post-flight follow-up
- Building and maintain strong relationships with Part 135 and Part 121 operators
- Owning the full sales cycle with accountability for outcomes
- Collaborating with global ACC teams to deliver a seamless service
- Staying sharp on market trends, aircraft availability, and competitor movement
- Stepping up when it counts, including shared out-of-hours and duty coverage
- Demonstrable success in a private jet charter brokerage or senior aviation sales
- Strong closing ability with a commercial, relationship, and sales-driven mindset
- Customer-first mindset and strong commercial instinct
- Confidence managing senior clients and complex charter requirements
- A polished, professional communication and presence
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing collaborative team
