We are seeking an experienced Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering seamless flight logistics, with a high attention to detail and client-focused approach.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing charter flight operations from contract through completion
- Coordinating seamlessly with brokers, clients, operators, and suppliers
- Preparing flight briefs, pre-flight checks, and compliance documentation
- Arranging third-party services including handling, catering, and ground transport
- Monitoring flights in real time and proactively managing operational changes
- Consistently delivering a high-touch client experience Supporting on-site flight operations when required
- Maintaining accurate operational records
- Aviation operations experience, ideally within an airline, charter operator, or FBO
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A customer-focused communicator confident working with global clients and teams
- Strong time management and ability to meet tight operational deadlines
- Additional languages are an advantage in our global environment
