Job Summary
At Acarin, we are on a mission to create state-of-the-art AI Agents that solve practical problems for our customers. We aim to leverage the latest technologies in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems to provide cost-effective, secure, and reliable solutions. We're looking for an AI Agent Engineer to join our Missionmind.ai Agent team, who will be responsible for deploying AI agents to address real-world challenges. This role requires strong engineering skills, a customer-focused approach, and an eagerness to apply AI in practical applications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop intelligent AI agents that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with customers and our software and machine learning engineers to ensure high-impact AI Agent deployments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our core AI platform.
- Integrate AI agents seamlessly with external systems.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure successful deployments.
- Conduct interactive demos and present compelling proof-of-concepts to prospective customers, proactively gather feedback, and iteratively refine solutions to meet objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of general AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Hands-on experience of building such a system is strongly preferred.
- Strong engineering skills with a focus on robust, scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Ability to use data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and performance monitoring, to refine solutions
- Hands-on experience with integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Proficient in Python, Java, or other programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
