About the Opportunity:
The Inside Sales Representative will manage House Accounts and support customer success across high-temperature carbon composites, graphite parts, and furnace toll processing services. This role combines external sales—growing new and existing accounts in aerospace, defense, energy, and semiconductor markets—with internal coordination to ensure smooth order entry, tracking, and communication with customers and external sales teams.

What You'll Do:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with House Accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, negotiation, and order management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in aerospace, defense, energy, and semiconductor sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams—engineering, production, supply chain, and quality—to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends to management.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 5 years of inside sales or technical sales experience, ideally with carbon composites, graphite products, or industrial engineered materials.
