Information Technology Site Manager

Acara Solutions is seeking a Site Information Technology Manager to support a manufacturing and engineering facility in Wilsonville, OR.

Payrate: $68.00 - $75.00 an hour

Responsibilities

• Lead site IT operations supporting manufacturing, engineering, and business functions.
• Support manufacturing IT/OT systems, including MES, SCADA, industrial networks, and engineering applications.
• Manage site IT projects, vendors, budgets, and technology initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
• Partner with site leadership and corporate IT teams to support operational objectives.
• Lead and develop local IT personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of IT experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• 3 years leading site-level IT operations or IT teams.
• 3 years supporting manufacturing IT/OT environments, including MES, SCADA, industrial controls, or plant-floor systems.
• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and budgets.
• Experience with cybersecurity and business continuity programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and budgets.

• Experience supporting automotive, EV, electronics, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or AI initiatives.
• Experience supporting engineering software and product development environments.
