The Sales Enablement Senior Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program to support the ACAMS global Sales organization. The role includes sales process management, internal communications to the sales team, and assisting sales leaders with coaching and sales rep development. The Sales Enablement role will work closely with the entire Sales organization, as well as partnering with Marketing and the Product team to ensure that Sales is equipped with the most relevant information to assist them.

Responsibilities
Sales Coaching & Development
- Deliver targeted coaching to sales reps and managers to improve sales effectiveness, deal execution, and leadership behaviors.
- Facilitate regular pipeline reviews, deal clinics, and coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement frameworks for ongoing skill development and behavioral reinforcement.
- Design and execute enablement programs aligned with business goals, including onboarding, product launches, and methodology adoption.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and
- consistency across enablement initiatives.
- Measure and report on program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback loops.
- Curate and manage sales content, playbooks, and tools to support the buyer journey and sales process.
- Ensure reps and managers have access to the right resources at the right time.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, providing insights and recommendations to improve team performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps and opportunities in sales readiness and productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales management.
- Experience working in high-growth or enterprise B2B environments.
- Coaching certification or formal training in sales methodologies is a plus.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to coach both individual contributors and managers with empathy, clarity, and impact.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to inform enablement strategies.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting strategies based on evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools.

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
