Opportunity at a Glance

The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on marketing operations and project management. This role ensures seamless execution of campaign components across multiple regions, platforms, and teams in alignment with our global marketing strategy. The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, problem solving skills and project management skills.

As part of overall project management responsibilities, Marketing Specialist will also play a key role in project management efforts. This includes leading cross-functional coordination, tracking deadlines, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Campaign Responsibilities

  • Support Events, Webinar, and other campaigns in launch and execution
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects and deliverables for domestic, regional, and global events in collaboration with marketing managers, creative teams, and stakeholders.
  • Develop creative briefs and manage execution with the internal brand team, ensuring all assets are delivered to spec and on schedule.
  • Schedule campaign and create touchpoints for event promotion, with a focus on repurposing for training, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Draft and coordinate marketing copy for social media channels and other digital touchpoints, aligning messaging with campaign goals.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing workflows and campaign operations.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Analyze project outcomes and incorporate learnings into future planning.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of status updates and key deliverables.
  • Use project management tools to track activities, assign responsibilities, and streamline team collaboration.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively communicate risks and delays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or marketing communications role, ideally within the financial services or B2B events space.
  • Proven experience in project management and marketing operations, particularly in a fast-paced or matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in events or conference marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
