Job Summary: Assist Security Techs with new security jobs/calls.
- Employee must be available for a rotating on-call schedule that may require employee to immediately come to work to handle technical issues.
JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain and trouble shoot alarm equipment issues.

Assist Security Techs with install jobs/services calls.
3
Learn all aspects of security job.

Explain procedures related to customer's security system.

Diagnose and rectify customer issues with alarm equipment.

Maintains workplace cleanliness and organization.

Remains educated and informed of industry trends in products, procedures and services.

Ensures that customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
