We are seeking a dedicated Reading Interventionist (K–5) to support student achievement in literacy for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will provide targeted, data-driven instruction to students needing additional support in reading.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver small-group and individualized reading intervention
- Use assessment data to plan and adjust instruction
- Support foundational skills (phonics, fluency, comprehension, writing)
- Progress monitor and track student growth
- Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and families
- Support ELL and ESE students through differentiated instruction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification (Elementary or Reading preferred)
- Reading Endorsement
- Experience with structured literacy and intervention programs
- Strong data analysis and progress monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
