We are seeking a passionate Reading and Language Arts Teacher (K–5) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, standards-aligned literacy instruction while fostering a love of reading and writing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver rigorous ELA lessons (reading, writing, language)
- Use data-driven instruction to support student growth
- Provide small-group intervention and differentiation
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, coaches, and families
- Support diverse learners, including ELL and ESE students
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Reading Endorsement
- Valid Elementary Teaching Certification
- Experience with K–5 ELA standards and structured literacy
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Experience with educational technology preferred
