WHAT YOU'LL DO
As their first dedicated Product Lead, you'll own the customer-to-product loop - sitting at the intersection of customer insight, product management, and engineering execution. You'll lead conversations with health system executives, translate what you hear into shipped product (fast), and build prototypes yourself. Expect to work directly alongside the founding team with zero bureaucracy between you and the decisions that matter.
WHO YOU ARE
• A Senior or Founding PM with experience at an early-stage vertical SaaS company
• A hands-on builder - you prototype with AI-assisted tools yourself, not just spec for others
• Comfortable leading product conversations with C-suite healthcare executives
• Energized by ambiguity - you've shipped in pre- or early post-PMF environments where the problem isn't fully defined yet and are experienced solving for customer pain points based on feedback data
• NYC-based or relocating: in-office Tue–Thu for collaboration, no exceptions
