Director of Human Resources | NYC Hybrid
A fast-growing digital media company is seeking a Director of Human Resources to support and scale a high-performing global team.
This role will work closely with leadership and oversee core people functions including talent acquisition, people operations, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and culture programs
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HR compliance, and HRIS management
• Help build scalable people processes within a high-growth environment
Ideal Background:
• 10 years of HR experience in high-growth SaaS, AdTech, or digital media environments
• Experience building and scaling HR functions
• Strong understanding of compliance, organizational development, and talent strategy
• Familiarity with modern HR systems and AI-enabled recruiting tools a plus
Hybrid role based in New York City (1–2 days onsite weekly)
Comp: $150-175k base bonus/equity
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
