The HR Director will drive employee engagement, labor/employee relations, safety, and foster a positive and high-performance organizational culture. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and culture.
- Work closely with the operational and HR leadership team to ensure HR initiatives support company objectives and performance.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Support talent attraction and retention efforts and programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Create and implement strategies to promote employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and morale, driving a high-performance work environment.
Labor Relations & Compliance:
- Maintain and strengthen labor relations, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance.
Safety & Well-being:
- Develop and implement programs that prioritize employee safety, health, and wellness.
- Promote a safe and secure workplace through continuous training and awareness initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance HR Business Partner team that supports the organization’s needs.
- Encourage professional development opportunities within the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

The Candidate
Experience and Professional Qualifications
Experience and professional qualifications required for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in large, fast-paced organizations, preferably within manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability to develop and lead teams that drive high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in implementing talent strategies that have positively impacted business performance.
- Strong experience working in fast-paced, complex environments, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
