As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing unparalleled service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized check-in and check-out services.
- Handle reservations and manage the booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions.
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
- Update guest information in the property management system as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the management team as required.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
