ABV Public House is looking for energetic, dependable Bartenders /Servers to join our team. If you love hospitality, craft beer, and working in a fast-paced, community-driven pub, we’d love to meet you.
Position Overview:
This role combines guest-focused service with bar and floor responsibilities. Craft beer knowledge is a plus, and candidates with lead bartender or closing operations experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a friendly, welcoming environment
- Prepare and serve beer, cider, wine, cocktails, and food orders accurately
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our extensive craft beer selection
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and closing procedures
- Support opening/closing duties and team leadership when needed
- Follow all OLCC and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
- Craft beer knowledge or strong interest in learning (a big plus)
- Lead bartender or closing operations experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid OLCC permit (or ability to obtain)

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
