Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a lively atmosphere where customers feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. Whether mixing drinks, serving food, or managing multiple tables, your proactive approach will keep the momentum flowing and the energy high.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using TOAST POS systems such and deliver prompt service with a friendly attitude.
• Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Upsell menu items to increase sales while enhancing guest experience through product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events like banquets or nightclub functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or full service settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems for order entry and transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate order calculations.
