- Inspect, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and power distribution equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspections
- Replace and install components such as fuses, circuit breakers, switches, variable frequency drives, and instrumentation
- Test electrical systems for continuity, compatibility, and safety compliance
- Follow strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, OSHA standards, and NFPA 70E electrical safety requirements
- Communicate with operators and management to gather fault information and provide repair recommendations
- Document all maintenance and repair activities in logs or CMMS systems for tracking and compliance
- Suggest and communicate electrical supplies, parts, and equipment for maintenance needs to Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
