Role: Executive Assistant & Property Manager to CEO & Founder
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Type: Temp-to-Perm (Contract)

You will join a dynamic team supporting one of the most prominent comedians in the entertainment industry. This passionate crew is dedicated to producing high-quality touring and content projects.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support-
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and communication for CEO/Founder
- Act as gatekeeper for all correspondence and scheduling
- Coordinate HR, onboarding, and contractor support
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Track priorities, take notes, and follow through on tasks
- Oversee podcast and content production logistics
- Generate and track contracts, invoices, and payments
- Book meetings, dinners, and personal appointments
- Manage receipts, payroll, and administrative systems
Property Management-
- Oversee operations across multiple properties (residential office)
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and property staff
- Track budgets and household expenses
- Ensure all properties run smoothly, securely, and efficiently
Requirements:
- 3 years supporting a C-level executive or founder (Entertainment preferred)
- Experience managing residential or commercial properties
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Tech-fluent (Apple, MS Office, Google Workspace, ADP, Airtable, Notion, Basecamp, etc.)
- Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
Location: Onsite in West Hollywood, CA
Contract to Perm: Initial part-time 1099 trial (60–90 days with checkpoints)
Compensation: $35-45/hour based on experience.
