Executive Assistant & Property Manager to CEO
Description: Are you a professional powerhouse who can juggle calendars, travel, and property management — all while keeping operations running flawlessly? You will join a dynamic team supporting one of the most prominent comedians in the entertainment industry. This passionate crew is dedicated to producing high-quality touring and content projects.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support
• Manage complex calendars, travel, and communication for CEO/Founder
• Act as gatekeeper for all correspondence and scheduling
• Coordinate HR, onboarding, and contractor support
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Track priorities, take notes, and follow through on tasks
• Oversee podcast and content production logistics
• Generate and track contracts, invoices, and payments
• Book meetings, dinners, and personal appointments
• Manage receipts, payroll, and administrative systems
Property Management
• Oversee operations across multiple properties (residential office)
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and property staff
• Track budgets and household expenses
• Ensure all properties run smoothly, securely, and efficiently
Requirements:
• 3 years supporting a C-level executive or founder (Entertainment preferred)
• Experience managing residential or commercial properties
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Tech-fluent (Apple, MS Office, Google Workspace, ADP, Airtable, Notion, Basecamp, etc.)
• Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
Location: Onsite in West Hollywood, CA
Contract to Perm: Initial part-time 1099 trial (60–90 days with checkpoints)
Compensation: $35-45/hour based on experience.
