Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in entertainment to oversee mainly post-production operations of our content creation company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of content, post-production, and exceptional leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Production Management: Lead post-production efforts for content editing, ensuring timelines are met and keep editors accountable for delivering the project in a timely manner.
- Oversee company employees efficiency: Oversee all aspects of the company employees productivity. Using management tool to track employees deadlines and overall Efficiency.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and maintaining high morale.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the tour or production process.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of post-production processes, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience working with high-profile talent is a plus.
- Based in Los Angeles, CA.

Location: West Hollywood, CA (In-Person)
Contract to Perm: Initial part-time 1099 trial (60-90 days with checkpoints)
Expected Salary: $70,000 per year
