Job Summary

Our therapist-owned company provides speech, language, feeding, and occupational therapy to children, birth to school age, in a pediatric outpatient setting. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! Job responsibilities will be to provide therapy to young children with a variety of special needs, be a team player and be flexible with scheduling. Be very organized and self motivated with completed paperwork. In this role, you will conduct assessments, individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Licensed OT will be evaluating children weekly with a possibility of supervising a COTA
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- birth-3 experience and oral-motor/feeding experience not required but preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
Salary : $43 - $58
