We are searching for a Project Manager who is growth minded, aggressive and ready to go the extra steps needed to help lead and grow our dynamic team and great culture. A motivated and detail-oriented leader to take on the responsibility as a PM. Responsibilities would include overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. Utilize their expertise in the electrical field to drive efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement. For those interested who are not yet master electricians we encourage you to apply with intent for sitting for your masters licenses within 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with our estimating team to track and provide feedback on job performance as well as staying aligned with our scope of work.
- Understanding the importance of what each job was bid for and what work is performed in the field particularly taking advantage of any change orders that are fair and warranted.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform excellent customer satisfaction and attention to quality craftsmanship.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical writing for reports and presentations.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and align team efforts.
- Implement organizational systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team input and innovation.
Experience
- Master Electrician License or Intent to take Masters test within 6 months of employment.
- Proven experience in project management or program management roles.
- Familiarity with electrical principles and codes.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project engineering concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in using project management software such as VersionOne or Smartsheet.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and problem-solving.
