The Role
The Project Manager owns assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout—leading planning, scheduling, financial performance, field coordination, and client relationships. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to Dvorak’s quality standards.
You’ll partner closely with field leadership, Project Assistants, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful outcomes while building strong internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from startup through completion
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and job costs
- Oversee billing, change orders, and financial performance
- Support field teams with timely communication and planning
- Build strong client relationships and represent Dvorak professionally
- Enforce safety and quality standards across all assigned projects
- Directly supervise Project Assistants and support team development
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering or Journeyman/Master license
- 5–7 years in project coordination or electrical field leadership (Foreman/Lead)
- Strong experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Confident communicator and team leader
- Proficiency with construction/project management software
- OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred
This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work in the office three days per week following the completion of a 90-day introductory period.
